Returns & Exchanges

At Mallet, we strive for perfection in every step, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and premium packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Mallet box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
